Which Watch's 10-year watch warranty: your service guide

Buying a watch begins your relationship with the store. Which Watch provides a 10-year seller warranty on all watches. This watch warranty does not extend to pens, bags, wallets, fragrances or other non-watch products.

Duration and coverage are different

The warranty period describes how long the service applies under its terms. The type of fault, eligible parts and response depend on the stated coverage and assessment of the watch. “10 years” does not automatically cover every kind of damage, cosmetic change or unsuitable use. It also does not mean an international manufacturer warranty.

Keep these details together

  • Your dated warranty card and purchase document or order reference.
  • The model reference and any operating instructions supplied.
  • Packaging and included items if a return or exchange is needed under the store policy.

How to request help

Contact customer care with your order or model reference, a description of the issue and when it appeared. Add a clear photograph or short video if useful. The team will explain the next step and arrange assessment when needed. Avoid opening the movement or modifying the watch before speaking to service.

Understand the process before sending your watch

Ask about the applicable conditions, including any transport costs under the store policy, before shipping a watch for service. Repairs, servicing and eligible replacement parts follow the stated coverage. Returns and exchanges have a separate 14-day policy for eligible products. Accessible support and clear terms are more useful than a warranty period considered in isolation.
