Returns & exchanges
Returns and exchanges policy
Placing an order confirms that you have read and accepted this policy. Returns and exchanges apply to all products offered by our store, subject to the conditions on this page and the applicable consumer-protection requirements.
Condition and time limit
A product may be returned or exchanged if it remains unused, in its original condition and original packaging. Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of purchase, subject to these conditions.
All products can be inspected on delivery. By accepting delivery, the customer acknowledges that there is no visible external defect and that they have tested the product and found it to work normally.
If a manufacturing defect appears after use, rather than damage caused by the customer, the customer may exchange the product for an equivalent one. If a defect results from misuse, the customer is responsible for repair and maintenance costs and is not entitled to a return or exchange under this policy.
Arranging a return, exchange or service
Within the applicable period, the customer must bring the product to our branch or ship it to us. You may ask us to arrange collection through a delivery company. The customer bears shipping charges for returns, exchanges and maintenance. Shipping is separate from the warranty service.
Contact us using the Contact page or our telephone numbers. For warranty support, WhatsApp 01206129583 with photographs, a video of the product, an invoice photograph and a description of the problem. We will advise whether the product requires inspection, replacement or maintenance.
Refunds
A full refund is provided when the product is completely different from its description on the product page, or cannot be used as agreed. We are not responsible for expectations about use that were not stated on the product page.
If the customer no longer wants the product and it has no defect or problem, the store's policy specifies a deduction of 30%, or a minimum amount of EGP 2,500.
Warranty documents
The warranty is activated automatically when you receive the product, starting from the date shown on the invoice. The invoice and warranty certificate are two parts of one document; keep both throughout the warranty period.
